In this regard, Red Cross, in addition to allowing its employees to report internally, makes an external complaints channel available to all users, in order to report breaches of the Code of Ethics, or those irregularities, illegal or criminal behaviour, detected within the Red Cross.

It is an external complaints channel, managed by an external company, GONZÁLEZ FRANCO, which will process the content of the complaints, to the Compliance Committee, in accordance with the Regulations, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality of the complainant.
