Take care + It is a service that encourages self-care thanks to the proactive monitoring of health to prevent diseases, monitor small daily ailments or control chronic diseases. It also includes a system that analyzes the life model of the user at home, based on their habits; detecting, proactively, situations of danger that may occur at home, in which case, the system, without the need to pulse, alerts the Care Center to verify what happened and mobilize, if necessary, emergency services and relatives or people of the environment.

For people who live alone or accompanied, elderly people, chronically ill (diabetes, cardiovascular problems, COPD ...), risk pregnancies, convalescent after postoperative, people with auditory, visual and physical diversity, elderly, caregivers

The system allows the user to track their constants (voltage, weight) easily, automatically transferring information to the system and monitoring daily routines (time in the room, in the bathroom, outside the home). In case of detecting something irregular, either in the constants or in the daily routines, without the need of pulsation, the system automatically notifies the Care Center so that it verifies what happens.

It also includes 24-hour, 365-day service, at the touch of a button. A team of professionals access health and personal data managing the necessary resources (family or contact persons, as well as medical services, ambulances, firemen, police) in case of emergency.

There are millions of variables that can put us at risk in any scenario, even within our home, which is usually the space we consider most secure.
