The role of companies in the labor insertion of people with the most difficulties in accessing employment is essential.
The Corporate Social Challenge is an alliance between companies and the Red Cross Employment Plan, to contribute to the access to employment of those who have it more difficult, such as long-term unemployed people, women and young people in difficulty, victims of gender violence, families with all their members unemployed, over 45 years old, migrants.
